Installation times vary depending on your car model, installation times are typically:

Dashcams (front only): 30mins – 1hr, (front & rear): 1hr – 1hr 40mins

Car stereos can be as little as 30 mins, or depending on the spec of car and the spec of the product, can be up to 2 hours.

Reversing cameras: 2-3hrs, again depending on spec. 

No, the dashcam will only work when the key is in the ignition and in the on position. However, many Dashcams have a parking mode feature which will allow the camera to power up in the event of a collision when the car its parked.

There are several options available that will allow you to play music through your car speakers, such as adding an aux adapter to your original stereo, installing a bluetooth kit (where applicable) or simply upgrading your original stereo to an aftermarket head unit.

Many stereos now have Apple CarPlay and/or Android auto, allowing you to mirror certain apps from your phone onto your stereo screen.

Depending on your chosen product, you may need additional parts. 

Dashcams require a hardwire kit which allows the camera to be connected into the vehicles fusebox.

 Car stereos often require a wiring adapter and/or a fascia plate, in order to keep an OEM look and feel. If you would like to keep factory features such as steering wheel controls, original reverse cameras, USB ports etc., additional adapters would also be required.

Reversing cameras often require no additional parts, with exception to certain canbus vehicles which often need an additional relay to function correctly.

Subwoofers will normally require a wiring kit, matching the size of the subwoofer, which would include power, ground, remote cable, speaker wire and RCA connections.
